We are looking for an experienced back-office executive to join the back-office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible in assisting with various administrative duties.
Job responsibilities
Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails and ordering office supplies.
Calling and keeping track of customers whose servicing is pending.
Assisting and Coordinating with the sales team.
Processing company receipts, bills and invoices.
Managing and organizing office files, documents and records both in physical and digital formats.
Assisting in booking tasks such as data entry.
Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the office space.
Job requirements
Graduation in any field
Freshers can apply
Female candidates preferred from In and around Panjim.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong organizational skills
