Job Overview
We are hiring a talented and experienced individual for an Area Sales Manager for a manufacturing company of plumbing products.
As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for improving sales targets within the assigned geographical location. You will also be responsible for leading the Sales team and building brand awareness.
Job Responsibilities
- To sell products & services through B2B and B2C channels.
- To train Technicians and Plumbers teams on product range.
- To arrange Displays and Samples at Franchisee Show rooms.
- To do B2B business development with Franchisees by promoting products to his network of Architects, Builders, Developers, Consultants, Contractors, Plumbers, etc.
- To plan sales as per PSO system and achieve 80% of it.
- To achieve sales growth.
- To collect money within 60 days credit terms (as per company’ norms).
- To recall/recover unsold stocks in 90 days (as per company’s norms).
- To regularly conduct Plumber’s trainings.
- To resolve Franchisee’s Business issues.
- To do direct sales to own clients and projects
Job Requirements
- Graduate (Advantage if Diploma / BE Mechanical)
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in ceramics, tiles, piping, sanitary, plumbing,
- Experience in products like Pex Piping, Flush tanks, Shower channel, Exhaust, and Bath fittings.
- Good Relationships and Market network.
- Good at Numerical analysis in Excel.
- Good in concept selling having innovative selling ideas.
