We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in handling customer complaints, and a proven ability to lead teams and meet targets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our branding.
- Complaint Handling: Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, aiming for effective solutions and positive outcomes.
- Lead and Mentor Team: Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of service.
- Target-Oriented Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve customer satisfaction goals and meet set targets, including customer retention and referral metrics.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in both products and services.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports to senior management on customer satisfaction levels, team performance, and complaint resolution statistics.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally to customers and team members.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the automobile or related industry.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively handle customer complaints, with a focus on conflict resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Experience in leading and motivating a team, with the ability to influence and guide others to achieve targets and goals.
- Strong focus on meeting and exceeding individual and team performance targets.
- Ability to think critically and creatively to resolve customer issues and improve service processes.
