Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Floor Supervisor to Supervise Store
Operations and stock levels, handle cash transactions and manage sales Associate,
ensure productivity , Monitor inventory / expiry and ensure customer satisfaction
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise store operation and stock levels:-
- Assessing stock levels.
- Developing and overseeing policies.
- Analyzing inventory data.
- Ensuring efficient handling of goods.
- Identifying and resolving potential issues.
Handle cash transactions:-
- Count and verify cash.
- Record and reconcile transactions.
- Secure and store cash.
- Communicate and cooperate with customers.
- Use cash handling techniques.
Manage sales associate:-
- Set clear expectations.
- Provide the right tools.
- Train individually.
- Listen to associates and appreciate them.
- Show career path and treat employees as equals.
- Hold regular team building sessions.
- Encourage genuine engagement.
Ensure Productivity:-
- Track inventory and use automation.
- Encourage collaboration.
- Provide constructive feedback.
- Focus on customer satisfaction.
- Improve customer service.
Monitor Inventory/Expiry:-
- Use a digital inventory system.
- Use inventory management software.
- Use a spreadsheet and conduct regular audits.
- Labeling and organizing inventory items.
- Creating an inventory recording system.
Ensure Customer Satisfaction:-
- Measure customer satisfaction.
- Personalize the customer experience.
- Lead with empathy and build a customer community.
- Enable customers to help themselves.
- Provide proactive support to the customers.
Job Requirements:-
- Working Timings:- Should be flexible in any shift.
- Education qualification:- HSSC/undergraduate.
- Knowledge or skills :- Computer literate.
- Candidates preferences:- Male/Female/Other.
