VFTP Trainee

Overview:

The VFTP Trainee is responsible for assisting in ERP implementation, providing customer support, and coordinating between clients and the support team. The role includes understanding new requirements, troubleshooting software issues, handling installations, and delivering technical demonstrations. The trainee will also play a key role in client-side training and support.

Job Responsibilities:

•Understand new requirements and communicate them to the development team.
•Provide online and offline customer support for software-related issues.
•Conduct onsite installations of new software at client locations.
•Deliver technical demonstrations to customers and the sales team.
•Assist in ERP implementation, training employees, and ensuring system efficiency.
•Act as a bridge between clients and the ERP support team to resolve issues.
•Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems and provide step-by-step resolutions.
•Maintain accurate records of technical issues and solutions provided.
•Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams such as software developers.
•Research and implement solutions for software-related problems.
•Track system issues and ensure resolution within agreed time limits.
•Prepare timely reports and prioritize multiple open issues.

Job Requirements:

•Educational Qualification: BE
•Experience: 0 to 1 year in software support, ERP implementation, or a related role.
