VFTP Trainee

Overview:

The VFTP Trainee is responsible for providing customer support, assisting in ERP implementation, and acting as a bridge between clients and the support team. The role includes understanding new requirements, coordinating with developers, troubleshooting software issues, and delivering technical demonstrations. The trainee must also support software installation and ensure smooth integration of ERP systems.

Job Responsibilities:

•Understand and document new requirements and communicate them to developers.
•Provide online and offline customer support to resolve software issues.
•Conduct on-site installations of new software at client locations.
•Offer technical demonstrations to customers and the sales team.
•Assist with ERP implementation, training employees, and ensuring smooth system operations.
•Act as a liaison between clients and the ERP support team to address issues.
•Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems and provide step-by-step solutions.
•Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions.
•Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams, including software developers.
•Research and implement solutions to software-related problems.
•Prepare timely reports and track system performance.
•Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once.

Job Requirements:

•Educational Qualification: Any Graduate, BE.
•Experience: 0 to 1 year in software support, ERP implementation, or a related role.
