Overview:
The Jr. IT Infra Engineer is responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting the hardware team, and ensuring system uptime at various stations. The role requires providing technical and telephone support, maintaining computer hardware, and collecting documents from bus stations related to running advertisements. The candidate must be willing to travel across Maharashtra.
Job Responsibilities:
•Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
•Provide technical and telephone support.
•Assist the hardware team in maintaining system uptime.
•Maintain and manage computer hardware.
•Ensure proper functioning of IT infrastructure at all designated stations.
•Collect documents from bus stations regarding running advertisements.
•Travel across Maharashtra as required.
Job Requirements:
•Any graduate or 12th/HSC pass.
•0 to 1 year of experience in hardware and networking.
•Knowledge of networking and hardware troubleshooting.
•Strong problem-solving skills.
•Willingness to travel within Maharashtra.
