Job Summary
We are looking for a Service Consultant to manage customer interactions and support service operations at the showroom/workshop. The candidate will be responsible for opening job cards, coordinating with customers regarding vehicle servicing, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the service team.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and maintain job cards for service vehicles
- Attend customers and understand service requirements
- Coordinate with the service team for timely updates
- Provide service-related information and support to customers
- Maintain proper records and documentation
- Ensure a smooth customer service experience
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Valid 2-wheeler driving license
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service/service operations preferred
- Freshers can also apply
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
