Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations and ensure smooth production activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of production planning, manpower management, inventory monitoring, and manufacturing process optimization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate manufacturing processes to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Handle manpower planning and workforce management.
- Monitor daily production activities and ensure timely completion of targets.
- Maintain records of raw material stock, semi-finished goods, and finished goods.
- Coordinate with stores and production teams for material availability.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards on the production floor.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce wastage and downtime.
- Prepare production reports and maintain documentation.
Job Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma qualification.
- 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing or production supervision.
- Strong knowledge of production operations and inventory management.
- Good leadership and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage shop-floor activities efficiently.
Location: Pilerne Industrial Estate, Goa
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Salary is negotiable for all positions, depending on the candidate’s experience.
