Job Responsibilities
- Purchase materials at competitive prices.
- Identify and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor purchase budgets and project expenses.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
- Track material status and follow up with vendors.
- Manage logistics and transportation of materials.
- Work closely with Manufacturing, Finance, and Project teams.
- Prepare purchase reports and maintain records.
- Support smooth project execution by ensuring material availability.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of procurement and vendor management.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and suppliers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
