Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and interact with domestic and international travellers at airport promotional counters.
- Promote Casino’s offerings, facilities, events, and ongoing packages.
- Engage passengers in a friendly, professional, and persuasive manner.
- Generate interest and encourage visitors to experience the casino.
- Distribute promotional materials and answer customer inquiries.
- Maintain a positive brand image and high standards of professionalism.
- Coordinate with marketing, reservations, and transport teams when required.
- Job Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Pleasant personality with a well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills.
- Confident in approaching and interacting with new people.
- Prior experience in promotions, hospitality, aviation, events, sales, customer service, or

- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods during promotional activities.
