Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Area Sales Manager to drive sales and client engagement for our unique Biometric-based career Assessment Solutions. This role involves interacting with schools, colleges, corporates, and educational institutions to promote and expand the adoption of our services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients (schools, colleges, corporates, and institutions).
- Conduct counseling sessions and product presentations to explain the benefits of the Biometric Intelligence Mapping System.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Close deals, negotiate contracts, and follow up for post-sale support and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the operations team in collecting client fingerprints and facilitating the onboarding process.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fresher’s or candidates with up to 1 year of sales/client engagement experience are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing ability
- Customer-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a career-driven sales environment.
- Preferred Gender: Male
- Willingness to Travel: Mandatory for field visits and client meetings
- Age: Open, preferably early-career professionals
