Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive media sales, lead generation, and
business growth across the assigned territory. The role focuses on I-Media marketing and services
sales at bus stations, channel partner management, and achieving area-wise sales targets.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities within the assigned area.
- Achieve area-wise business and sales targets consistently.
- Execute I-Media marketing activities across the assigned territory.
- Drive I-Media services sales at bus stations within the given zone.
- Conduct daily prospect calling and ensure a minimum of 8–10 field visits per day for I-Media services sales.
- Analyze the requirement for new or replacement channel partners and ensure optimal partner coverage.
- Perform channel partner business analysis and implement improvements to enhance performance.
- Ensure all locations are healthy and suitable for business acquisition and growth.
- Track and monitor bus station health in coordination with the support engineer.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and deliver appropriate products, offers, and services in a timely manner.
- Focus on acquiring new business as well as renewal business from the same territory.
- Support other managers in joint account handling and contribute to team and group target achievement.
- Achieve sales targets through media agencies as well as individual clients based on area potential.
Job Requirements
- Education: Any Graduate / BBA / MBA / PGDM
- Preferred language: Gujarati, Hindi and English
- Experience: 3-4 years in the relevant field. 2 years’ experience in advertisement sales, print media sales, and newspaper sales.
