Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst (ERP) to join the Enterprise Product team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and the technical team, ensuring smooth implementation, customization, and support of ERP solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, client interaction, and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Document and analyse business requirements clearly for stakeholders, development, and testing teams
- Assess the feasibility of proposed solutions from a business perspective
- Ensure the development team fully understands business problems and proposed solutions
- Collaborate with the testing team to ensure solutions are accurate and bug-free
- Assist end users in understanding and adapting to new system implementations
- Support change management to minimise resistance to new solutions
- Act as a liaison between clients and ERP support/development teams
- Provide client-side training, implementation, and ongoing support
- Understand new client requirements and communicate them effectively to developers
Job Responsibilities
- Configure, customise, and maintain ERP systems for optimal performance
- Provide online and onsite customer support and troubleshooting
- Install and demonstrate software solutions to clients and internal teams
- Diagnose technical issues and provide step-by-step resolutions
- Track and manage issues through to resolution within defined timelines
- Conduct technical demos for clients and sales teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports of issues and resolutions
- Escalate complex issues to internal teams when required
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt support
Required Skills
- Qualification: BBA/MBA/BE
- Experience: 2-3 years in relevant field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL (query understanding)
- Client handling, training, and implementation experience
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Teamwork and coordination skills
