Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our the Sales and Marketing team in Hubli. The role focuses on media sales, client acquisition, and strategy development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in indoor and outdoor media sales, strong market insight, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and media agencies.
Job Responsibilities:
• Drive sales for media offerings, achieving monthly revenue targets.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and grow market presence.
• Establish and manage strong relationships with corporate clients and media agencies.
• Collaborate with media planning and buying agencies across regions to secure business opportunities.
• Promote upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activity and client interactions in CRM tools.
• Provide feedback and insights to internal teams to improve product offerings and client satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
• Education: Any Graduate / BBA / MBA.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years of total work experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in media sales, preferably in indoor and outdoor media.
• Language Proficiency: English, Kannada, and Hindi (spoken and written).
• Preferred Skills: Analytical Thinking and Lead Generation & Prospecting.
• Product Knowledge.
