Job Overview :
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled E-Learning Developer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging e-learning content. They will collaborate with instructional designers and other stakeholders to create effective and interactive digital learning experiences.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with instructional designers and SMEs to understand learning objectives.
- Design and develop interactive, multimedia-rich e-learning courses, modules, and materials using authoring tools, multimedia software, and learning management systems (LMS).
- Create engaging and visually appealing learning materials incorporating multimedia elements such as videos, simulations, animations, and graphics.
- Utilize various e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) to build and deliver effective learning solutions.
- Ensure content is accessible, user-friendly, and compatible across multiple devices and platform.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to validate the functionality and effectiveness of e- learning modules.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in e-learning and instructional design to enhance course development strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Multimedia Design, or related field.
- 0 to 3 years proven experience in e-learning development, instructional design, or a related role.
- Fresher’s with good knowledge of e-learning development can also apply.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and e- learning best practices.
- Experience in multimedia content development (e.g., video editing, graphic design, animation) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
