We are looking for an experienced back-office executive to join the back-office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible in assisting with various administrative duties.
Job responsibilities
- Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails and ordering office supplies.
- Calling and keeping track of customers whose servicing is pending.
- Assisting and Coordinating with the sales team.
- Processing company receipts, bills and invoices.
- Managing and organizing office files, documents and records both in physical and digital formats.
- Assisting in booking tasks such as data entry.
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the office space.
Job requirements
- Graduation in any field
- Freshers can apply
- Female candidates preferred from In and around Panjim.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong organizational skills
