Overview:
We are seeking passionate, energetic, and certified Fitness Trainers to join well established fitness studio that focuses on client results, trainer development, and a positive workout environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and engaging fitness training sessions while motivating clients to achieve their health and fitness goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct personal training and group fitness sessions as per assigned schedules.
- Design customized workout plans based on individual client goals, fitness levels, and medical conditions.
- Demonstrate correct exercise techniques and ensure client safety at all times.
- Monitor client progress and provide continuous motivation and guidance.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the training area.
- Guide members on proper equipment usage and fitness-related queries.
- Promote fitness programs, personal training packages, and studio services.
- Maintain basic client workout and progress records.
- Follow studio policies, safety guidelines, and professional conduct standards.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum 10th pass and above with a valid Fitness / Personal Training certification from a recognized institution.
- Fresher’s with sports background can apply (On-the-job training will be provided).
- Certification in Fitness Training / Personal Training (recognized institution).
- Prior experience as a fitness trainer is preferred; fresh certified trainers may be considered.
- Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, anatomy, and injury prevention.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High energy level with a positive and motivating attitude.
- Willingness to work in assigned shifts.
- Male candidates preferred (Age limit – 20 to 40 yrs).
- Can opt for following shift timings:
- Morning Shift: 5:30 am – 10.30 am
- Evening Shift: 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm
- Full time: 5:30 am to 11 am and 5.00 pm to 9.30 pm
