Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Plumbing Foreman to supervise and execute plumbing works at the project site. The role involves managing internal plumbing installations such as PVC, UPVC piping for toilets, kitchens, balconies, vertical risers, and external sewage and drainage systems. The candidate will ensure that all plumbing activities are completed according to approved drawings, safety standards, quality parameters, and project timelines.
- Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute internal plumbing works including CPVC and UPVC piping for toilets, kitchens, and balconies.
- Manage vertical risers, external sewage lines, and drainage systems.
- Read and interpret plumbing drawings and ensure execution as per approved GFC drawings.
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, and plumbing contractors for smooth project execution.
- Plan and mobilize manpower, materials, and equipment required for plumbing work.
- Monitor daily work progress and ensure completion within project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications.
- Conduct regular physical verification of plumbing materials and maintain stock records.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain measurement records for contractor billing.
- Maintain material issue records and site documentation.
- Assist MEP / Plumbing Engineer in preparation of contractor bills (PRW / IRW).
- Prepare and submit as-built drawings of plumbing installations after completion.
- Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and vendors for smooth site operations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in plumbing works in construction projects.
- Experience working on high-rise residential buildings, villas, or low-rise construction
- projects. Strong ability to read and interpret plumbing drawings and site plans.
- Knowledge of plumbing systems, installation standards, and safety regulations.
- Good team supervision and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage manpower, materials, and site activities efficiently.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
