Overview:
We are looking for a confident and customer-oriented Front Desk Executive to manage reception activities and drive membership sales for a well-established Fitness Studio. The role combines customer service, lead handling, and sales conversion to ensure smooth studio operations and business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations and welcome walk-in clients professionally.
- Handle membership inquiries, explain fitness programs, and convert leads into sales.
- Manage calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and follow-ups with prospective members.
- Maintain member records, attendance logs, and payment details.
- Coordinate with trainers and management for class schedules and client requirements.
- Support promotional activities, offers, and referral programs.
- Ensure the reception area is organized, clean, and presentable.
- Handle basic billing, receipts, and daily sales reporting.
- Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate with minimum one year experience.
- Prior experience in sales, front desk, or customer service preferred.
- Freshers are welcome, and training will be provided.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, billing software).
- Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle targets.

Timings: 7.00 am to 12.30 noon and 4.30 pm to 9.30 pm
