Hardware Engineer

Overview:
The Hardware Engineer in the IT Infrastructure department is responsible for supporting the hardware team by ensuring smooth operations and troubleshooting hardware issues. The role involves providing technical and telephone support, maintaining uptime at all designated stations, and traveling across Karnataka as required. The ideal candidate should have completed a hardware and networking course along with graduation.

Job Responsibilities:

•Support the hardware team in daily operations.
•Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues.
•Provide technical and telephone support as needed.
•Ensure uptime and maintenance of all designated stations.
•Maintain schedules and timing for respective stations.
•Travel across Karnataka for hardware-related support tasks.

Job Requirements:
•Any graduate with a hardware & networking course.
•1 year of experience in hardware and networking.
•Strong troubleshooting skills.
•Willingness to travel within Karnataka.
