Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive with experience in the hospitality sector in Goa. The
candidate should have strong knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws) and hands-
on experience in managing HR operations in hotels, resorts, or casinos.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
- Maintain attendance, leave, and HR records
- Handle PF, ESIC, PT, and labour law compliance & filings
- Support payroll processing and statutory deductions
- Assist in recruitment and interview coordination
- Address employee queries and ensure smooth HR operations
- Coordinate audits, inspections, and compliance documentation
Job Requirements:
- Graduate / MBA in HR or related field
- 2–5 years of HR experience in hospitality (hotel/resort/casino preferred)
- Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, and labour law compliance
- Familiarity with HRMS/payroll systems
- Good communication skills
