Overview:
The Jr. IT Infra Engineer is responsible for providing technical and telephone support to ensure the continuous uptime of all designated stations. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and application issues, supporting the hardware team, and maintaining computer hardware. Additionally, the engineer will be required to collect documents from bus stations regarding running advertisements and must be prepared to travel across Rajasthan as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
•Troubleshoot hardware problems and resolve application issues to ensure station uptime.
•Provide technical and telephone support to the hardware team.
•Maintain computer hardware and monitor operational timings at respective stations.
•Ensure the smooth functioning of IT infrastructure by addressing and resolving issues promptly.
•Collect documents from bus stations concerning running advertisements.
•Travel within Rajasthan as required to support hardware operations.
Job Requirements:
•Educational Qualification: Any Graduate or 12th/HSC.
•Experience: 0 to 1 year in a related hardware and networking role.
