Overview:
The Jr. IT Infra Engineer is responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting the hardware team, and ensuring system uptime at various stations. The role also involves providing technical and telephone support, maintaining computer hardware, and collecting documents from bus stations regarding running advertisements. The candidate must have networking knowledge and be willing to travel across Maharashtra.
Job Responsibilities:
•Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
•Provide technical and telephone support.
•Assist the hardware team in maintaining system uptime.
•Maintain and manage computer hardware.
•Ensure proper functioning of IT infrastructure at all designated stations.
•Collect documents from bus stations regarding running advertisements.
•Support business development activities, including upselling and cross-selling.
•Work collaboratively with the team and delegate tasks effectively.
•Exhibit leadership skills when required.
•Travel across Maharashtra as needed.
Job Requirements:
•Any graduate (BBA/MBA preferred) or 12th/HSC pass.
•0 to 1 year of experience in hardware and networking.
•Strong networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
•Business development, upselling, and cross-selling abilities.
•Teamwork, delegation, and leadership skills.
•Willingness to travel within Maharashtra.
