Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to support recruitment, HR operations, and ISO documentation processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in talent acquisition, maintaining HR records, and ensuring compliance with internal processes and ISO standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and consultancies
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation
- Conduct basic employee induction
- Manage recruitment processes through internal software (Ekatm)
- Coordinate with the digital team for job postings on the website and other platforms
- Maintain employee personal files and HR records
- Regularly update employee database and HRMS
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of employee records
- Support development and updating of SOPs, HR policies, and process documents
- Maintain training records and compliance documents as per ISO standards.
- Identify new HR agency and get those registered through Central HR
- MIS report preparation & presentation
- Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs
- Employee Exit Process & formalities
Required Skills
- Qualification: Any graduate, BBA/MBA
- Experience: minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR KPIs and analytics
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Recruitment and coordination skills
- Strong documentation and organisational abilities
