Overview:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Marketing & Ads Specialist to join a reputed Education Consultancy Firm in Margao, Goa. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns-especially Meta Ads and should be skilled in creating visually appealing marketing creative. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, creativity, and strong communication skills to support the company’s marketing goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Meta Ads Management:
- Run, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across platforms.
- Execute A/B testing to evaluate ad performance and improve conversions.
- Plan and manage campaign strategies, budgets, and daily performance checks.
- Creative & Design:
- Create high-quality marketing visuals for ads and social media campaigns.
- Use tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator to produce engaging creative.
- Performance Tracking:
- Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and conversions.
- Coordination & Execution:
- Work closely with content and operations teams to design and implement campaigns.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of advertising metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS).
- Proficiency in Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator for creative design.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple ad campaigns independently.
- Female candidates preferred.
