Marketing Executive

Job Overview :

We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive Marketing Representatives for a well established manufacturer and supplier of premium bath linen, bed linen, banquet linen, and furnishing textiles, catering primarily to the hospitality and healthcare industries across Goa. With a strong focus on quality, durability, and design, the company operates through a growing distribution network and works closely with hotels, hospitals, resorts, and institutional clients to deliver customized textile solutions. Backed by modern production capabilities, strict quality control processes, and a commitment to timely delivery, the organization continues to expand its presence in the regional market. In this role, Marketing Representatives will support the business by engaging with potential clients in the field, promoting the product range, building relationships, and identifying new opportunities to strengthen the company’s footprint in Goa’s hospitality and healthcare sectors.

Job Responsibilities :

• Visit hotels, hospitals, and other potential clients to promote company products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Present product information and explain product benefits to clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field marketing activities.
• Follow up with prospective customers and assist in converting enquiries into sales.
• Gather market feedback and share customer requirements with management.
• Maintain records of client visits, enquiries, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the management team regarding customer requirements and business development activities.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
• 0–5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of marketing and customer interaction.
• Must be able to communicate in Konkani.
• Must possess basic computer knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and willing to travel within Goa for field visits.
• Age: 25 years and above.
