Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive for a healthcare
clinic. The role involves building corporate tie-ups, coordinating on-site medical check-ups,
promoting clinic services, and strengthening relationships with companies, hotels,
associations, and doctors. The ideal candidate will help increase brand visibility, patient
referrals, and business growth across South Goa.
Job Responsibilities:
- Visit companies, organizations, hotels, etc. across Goa to create tie-ups for employee medical check- ups.
- Coordinate with key contacts from companies, organizations, and hotels to grow existing business.
- Attend on-site medical check-ups and manage patient flow smoothly.Visit associations such as seafarer associations, industry/HR associations, panchayats, etc. to introduce and promote the clinic.
- Ensure marketing materials such as flyers and brochures are updated with the latest clinic information and coordinate with the designer when required.
- Visit doctors across South Goa to explain clinic facilities and encourage patient referrals.
- Coordinate with the designer for social media posts, videos, and reels, and ensure the clinic website is updated.
- Write and proofread marketing content for online and print campaigns.
- Plan and execute marketing activities such as medical camps, awareness talks, college sessions, press notes, and radio/newspaper advertisements.
- Follow up with companies, organizations, and hotels for payment after medical check-ups are conducted.
- Achieve monthly targets related to visits and successful conversions.
- Maintain a monthly activity tracker and present reports to the directors.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate in any field.
- 2–3 years of experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Konkani.
- Must have a valid two-wheeler license and own a bike.
- Experience in social media marketing, SEO, or Google Ads will be an added advantage.
- Should be residing in South Goa.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
