Sales Executive – Retail Software

Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive retail software sales. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, and client management. This role involves tele-calling, direct visits, client negotiations, and CRM management to achieve business targets. If you have strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, this role is for you.

Job Description:
•Lead collection for retail software.
•Prospect generation for retail software business.
•Telecalling, mailing, cold calling & direct visits to generated prospects.
•Agency or channel partner calling for business generation.
•Visiting/calling customers for feedback & testimonials.
•Visiting/calling customers for outstanding payments.
•Conduct online demos, share presentations, and submit proposals/quotations (via visit/mail/WhatsApp).
•Negotiate with hot leads and close deals.
•Collect purchase orders from customers & book sales orders in the system.
•Coordinate post-order execution with in-house teams, customers, or agencies.
•Achieve business targets in assigned areas & segments.
•Maintain healthy client relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction.
•Good understanding of CRM software.
