Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Head to lead the sales operations for alcohol products across domestic and international markets. This leadership role demands an in-depth understanding of the distillery industry, strong business acumen, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic planning, market expansion, and team leadership.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for alcohol products in India and international markets.
- Build and maintain strong distributor, retailer, and channel partner relationships.
- Monitor and achieve sales targets, ensuring performance aligns with KPIs.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to refine sales approaches.
- Oversee pricing, margins, and profitability across different channels.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Coordinate with marketing, finance, and production teams for business alignment.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines within the alcohol industry.
Job Requirements :
- 5–10 years of proven sales leadership experience in the distillery industry.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of India’s alcohol sales channels and related legal regulations.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in sales forecasting, budgeting, and CRM tools.
