Job Overview
We are seeking dynamic and motivated professionals to manage sales and marketing
activities for a dairy product manufacturing company and to expand the company’s market
presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences and competitor strategies.
- Brand Positioning: Develop strategies to highlight product advantages such as purity, the traditional Bilona method, and organic sourcing.
- Sales Support & Business Development: Visit potential B2B clients like wholesalers, modern trade outlets (supermarkets), Sweet Markets Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, etc., to pitch products and achieve volume targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong ties with distributors, retailers, and vendors to ensure product availability and optimal shelf placement.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management.
Job Requirements
- 2 – 5 years of experience in FMCG or dairy product (especially ghee products) sales and marketing.
- Minimum Graduate (Science / Food Technology / B.Tech / Dairy).
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with distributors and retail customers.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and market development.
