Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor to manage and maintain multiple
Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) sites across Goa. The role involves supervising on-site
operations, ensuring smooth functioning of water and wastewater treatment plants, coordinating
maintenance activities, and handling client communication..
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and maintenance at multiple AMC sites (STP, ETP, WTP, RO plants, etc.)
- Ensure proper functioning of pumps, blowers, filters, dosing systems, and control panels
- Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
- Maintain records of site visits, maintenance logs, and service reports
- Coordinate with technicians, electricians, and plumbers for site work
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and operational standards
- Interact with clients, housing societies, hotels, industries, and commercial establishments
- Report issues, breakdowns, and improvement suggestions to the Project Manager /Operations Head
- Manage spare parts, chemicals, tools, and basic inventory
- Ensure AMC scope is followed and service commitments are met on time
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and minor repairs when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in water treatment
- Good knowledge of plant operations, maintenance schedules, and field supervision
- Ability to handle multiple AMC sites and field teams
- Understanding of pumps, motors, pipelines, valves, dosing systems, and PLC panels
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and preferably Konkani
- Willingness to travel across Goa for site visits. Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler license preferred
- Goa-based candidate familiar with local industrial, commercial, and residential sites
- Hands-on field experience in AMC management
- Strong coordination and reporting skills
- Problem-solver with a practical approach
