Overview:
The role involves managing the Social Media Desk and creating engaging content for digital platforms. The position focuses on content creation, storytelling, visual communication, and handling social media platforms for news and media-related content.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Social Media Desk and content creation activities.
- Conceptualize and create content (text, photos, and videos) for social media,platforms, websites, and other digital channels.
- Develop scripts and storytelling concepts for digital content.
- Create visually engaging content using design and video tools.
- Handle multiple content projects and meet publishing deadlines.
- Manage and upload content across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Monitor basic social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Assist in photography, video scripting, and video editing activities
Job Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication / Journalism.
- Strong skills in content writing, storytelling, and visual communication.
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro.
- Basic understanding of social media algorithms and analytics tools (Meta Insights,YouTube Studio, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
- Knowledge of photography, videography, and video editing preferred.
