We are looking for a Tele-caller for an automobile industry, dedicated to providing quality
products and exceptional customer service. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated
individuals to join our dynamic team as Tel-caller.
Job Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers through phone calls to introduce and promote our products and services.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information regarding vehicle features, pricing, and availability.
- Update and maintain customer records in the database.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to close sales.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the company.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Job Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Clear, confident, and articulate spoken English and/or regional languages.
- Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with MS Office, and basic data entry skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales or call targets.
- No prior experience required, but prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus. Female candidates are preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
