Telecalling Executive – General Insurance Sales
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Telecalling Executive to handle sales and servicing of General Insurance policies. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining insurance products, processing paperwork, and providing customer support, including assistance during insurance claims.
Key Responsibilities:
•Call potential customers to explain and sell general insurance policies.
•Assist customers in completing paperwork and policy issuance.
•Provide post-sales support, including claim assistance and policy servicing.
•Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
•Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into sales.
Candidate Requirements:
•Education: B.Com or B.A graduate.
•Experience: Freshers are welcome.
•Age: 21 to 40 years.
Skills & Competencies:
•Excellent Communication Skills
– Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Konkani.
•Computer Proficiency
– Must be able to use Emails, MS Word, and MS Excel.
Salary Details:
•Training Period (2-3 months): ₹9,000 per month.
•After Confirmation: ₹11,000 per month.
Work Timings:
Monday – Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:15 PM
Saturday: 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Location: Margao, South Goa
