one of the leading non-banks promoted private life insurers, which is a leading Indian multi-business corporation, is looking to hire an Agency Development manager in Goa at different locations.  

Job Responsibilities

• Address customer concerns in reference to products, services rendered or employee interactions
• Actively seek to resolve any concerns while adhering to the company policy and standards of behavior
• Communicate and organize with team members to increase the company's outreach
• Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.
• Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
• Develop various sources of employee hiring & build a team of employees
• Work with employees on planning and reviewing of activities and goals.
• Identify the training needs of the employee and work with Trainers to improve the same

 

Job Requirements

• Must be graduate & above (12th plus 3-year valid diploma is also acceptable).
• For AADM at least 1+ yrs. of field sales experience. Industries can be tapped (Telecom, Life insurance, Retail, Pharma, Hospitality, Automobiles, Real Estate)
• candidates must have Life Insurance /BFSI experience.
• Must be local candidate
• Age between 25 years to 40 years
• Must have two-wheeler.

 

Locations: Margao, Ponda, Vasco, Panjim.
