Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager for a company who offers financial Products and Services to customers. The CRM will impart sound product knowledge to the clients and focus on building and retaining long term relationships with them.    
Job Responsibilities
  • To meet prospective clients, explain to them the available offers and updating on the latest products in order to increase sales
  • Study the income and the risk profile of the prospective clients and suggests suitable products for them.
  • To identify long term financial needs and goals of the client and prepares a suitable Statement of Advice (SOA).
  • To help with documentation and ensures that the investments are made seamlessly.
  • Review the portfolio with the clients at regular intervals as stipulated in the SOA.
  • Attending and looking after the grievances of clients
  • Should Understand key customer individual needs and address them
 Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field preferably commerce or MBA or similar
  • 2+ years’ experience in similar field is necessary
  • Good Knowledge of Mutual Funds, Bonds, Investments and Insurance
  • Certification course or diploma in finance would be of advantage
  • Good Knowledge of the markets and strategies
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Attention to details and good analytical skills
