We are looking for Operations Team Members who are willing to actively work on field for an Outdoor School for Girls in Goa.

Job responsibilities

• Team members are going to work on field and will be assigned two schools per day.
• Members of the team will need to teach various skills such as digital, life and enterprise skills.
• Responsible for using advanced methods of teaching.
• Create educational material and lesson plan to achieve learning objectives.
• Observe students to assess their skills, needs and interests to facilitate growth and learning.
• Develop positive relationship with students to build a rapport.
• Coordinate with the team leader and other team members to develop and implement activities and program.
• Draft daily reports in English and communicate through emails.

Job requirements

• Any graduate
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel sheets, PowerPoint, Design software.
• Should possess good communication and presentation skills.
• Should be able to speak the local languages- Hindi, Marathi, Konkani.
