Job Overview
We are looking for highly motivated and dedicated Regional Sales Manager for Plumbing products manufacturing company based in Mumbai. As a Regional Sales Manager, you are responsible for managing and supervising the sales team in different regions. You are also responsible for setting sales targets for the sales team. You should be evaluating the performance of Sales Managers. To be successful in this job role, you should be achieving short- and long-term sales goals with strategic determination. You should have exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage tasks in a timely manner.
Job Responsibilities:
  • To achieve sales retail and project business targets of branches reporting under HO.
  • To achieve brand wise, location wise targets.
  • To travel / meet Franchisee, Dealers & Sales teams to solve issues related to sales, services, logistics and collections.
  • To train and assess Sales and Service teams.
  • To appoint Franchisee, Dealers, Sales and Service teams at locations
  • To conduct review meets and present MIR.
  • To promote, push, close branches as per performance.
  • To design festive schemes, offers and boost sales.
  • To solve all kinds of day-to-day issues affecting business growth
Job Requirements:
  • Any Graduate with relevant background.
  • Required 10-15 years of experience in tiles, ceramic, sanitaryware, cement, etc.
  • Efficient in Google spreadsheets.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Team Leader
  • Target achiever
  • Should be above 35 years of age.
  • Should be open to travel.
Location – Mumbai (Bhandup West), Delhi and Chennai.
