Job Responsibilities
  • Working experience in a corporate strategy or planning position.
  • Ability to perform critical analyses pertaining to brand performance, competition.
  • Understand the retail business and demonstrate ability to work in a highly analytical environment and to make decisions based on quantifiable data
  • Gather data from a variety of sources, including POS systems, market research, customer surveys, and financial reports and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities. Develop recommendations based on findings and present them to management.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement changes based on recommendations.
  • Prepare regular reports for management detailing current performance and future projections.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. Assist in the development of annual budgets and long-term plans.
  • Researching industry trends such as consumer buying habits or technological advances that may impact the industry in the future.
  • Develop performance metrics such as sales volume, revenue growth rates, inventory turnover rates, and profit margins to identify opportunities for improvement that defines marketing strategies for specific products or services based on consumer preferences.
  • Providing recommendations to improve operations or increase profits, often working with the store manager or another member of the management team.
  • Recommending pricing strategies such as discounts or special offers to attract new customers and encourage repeat business from existing customers.
  • Compiling daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.
  • Perform business analysis activities by working with key business users in the continual improvement of business processes
  • Assist management in identifying business-building opportunities, sales trends, micro and macro-marketing opportunities
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience at mid-level in Retails or any equivalent sector with advance communication skills.
  • Graduation or equivalent degree/course.
  • Between age 25-30
  • Should have an analytical background.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
  • Experience in retail analysis, sales, customer service, or related field.
  • Ability to work on new platforms and analytics tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
