Job Overview
Storytellers would be required to host curated experiences that showcase the culture and heritage of Goa in a professional manner delivered through immersive storytelling supported by Historical facts that would be applicable to the topic of the curated experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Convert walk-in guests using various sales techniques.
- Conduct the curated experience at heritage monuments in a professional manner and adhere to a benchmark set for quality.
- Content Research through literary, archaeological, and oral sources.
- Learning the art of storytelling.
- To take full responsibility for all communications that the experience demands.
- Taking initiative to design and learn new Experiential Tours.
- Conducting community outreach programs.
- Engaging with local communities.
Job Requirements:
- Students/ Graduates/ Postgraduates majoring in History/ Tourism/ literature/architecture/journalism/mass communication/political science can apply.
- 0-3 year of experience.
- Heritage enthusiasts having fair knowledge of Goa's history and culture.
- Highly Punctual.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Use critical-thinking skills to reach objective conclusions.
- Ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Flexible and able to work in a team.
- Confident and outspoken.
- Driven to achieve excellence.
- Has own transport to travel across Goa.
- Physically fit for outdoor activities like walking.
