Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced QA Manager for a pharmaceutical company to oversee Quality
Assurance and Microbiology functions, ensuring compliance with GMP guidelines and maintaining
high-quality standards in all processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage all microbiological activities, including:
- Water analysis
- Raw material analysis
- Finished product testing
- Air monitoring (air counts)
- Ensure proper control and monitoring of potable water systems
- Maintain and manage all QA-related documentation as per GMP guidelines
- Review:
- Finished product reports
- In-process reports
- Stability reports
- Raw material reports
- Prepare and update process validation protocols
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
- Lead and manage a team of QA executives
Requirements:
- B.Pharm / M.Sc. / B.Sc. in Chemistry or Microbiology
- 10–15 years of experience in Pharma QA & Microbiology
- FDA-approved in the Microbiology section will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GMP guidelines and QA documentation
- Experience in handling microbiology-related processes
- Good communication and team management skills
