Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Stores Manager for a pharmaceutical company, to manage and
oversee all store operations, ensuring efficient inventory control and smooth coordination with
production and other departments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage material receipts, issues, and inter-location transfers
  • Maintain stock records, reconciliation, and conduct physical verification
  • Identify material shortages as per production plans and raise purchase requests
  • Verify job work / CCPC bills across locations
  • Handle costing for promotional inputs and release purchase requests
  • Check transportation bills and depot expense vouchers

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 10+ years of experience in store management.
  • Prior experience in the pharma industry preferred
  • Working knowledge of Tally ERP
  • Strong inventory management and analytical skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities

Location: Pernem, North Goa
