Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Stores Manager for a pharmaceutical company, to manage and
oversee all store operations, ensuring efficient inventory control and smooth coordination with
production and other departments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage material receipts, issues, and inter-location transfers
- Maintain stock records, reconciliation, and conduct physical verification
- Identify material shortages as per production plans and raise purchase requests
- Verify job work / CCPC bills across locations
- Handle costing for promotional inputs and release purchase requests
- Check transportation bills and depot expense vouchers
Job Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 10+ years of experience in store management.
- Prior experience in the pharma industry preferred
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP
- Strong inventory management and analytical skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
