Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor sterile injectable manufacturing equipment in accordance with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform production activities such as aseptic processing, filling, capping, washing, sterilization, and other related operations.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety guidelines, and quality standards.
- Complete batch manufacturing records and production documentation accurately.
- Perform routine equipment cleaning, line clearance, and sanitization activities.
- Monitor critical process parameters and report any deviations to the supervisor.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline within sterile production areas.
- Follow EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies and company procedures at all times.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality.
Job Requirements
- Diploma, ITI, B.Sc., or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
- 2–6 years of experience in sterile injectable/pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience in aseptic production operations and injectable manufacturing equipment.
- Good understanding of cGMP, SOPs, and sterile manufacturing practices.
- Ability to work in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Hyderabad and work in rotational shifts, if required.
