Job Overview:
We are looking for a responsible and punctual Delivery Executive to manage the timely pickup and delivery of engineering goods and components to clients, partners, and project sites. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, have knowledge of local routes, and be capable of handling industrial items safely. Candidates with their own two-wheeler will be given preference and reimbursed for travel expenses.
Job Responsibilities:
- Pickup & Delivery:
- Collect goods from transporters, courier services, or warehouses.
- Deliver materials to industrial clients, workshops, or designated sites.
- Adhere to assigned routes and dispatch schedules.
- Documentation:
- Carry and manage delivery documentation like invoices and challans.
- Collect customer signatures/acknowledgments during delivery.
- Submit signed documents back to the office at end of day.
- Material Handling:
- Load/unload goods carefully to prevent damage.
- Ensure safety and proper packaging of materials during transportations.
- Customer Interaction:
- Maintain polite and professional communication with customers.
- Address minor concerns and escalate issues to office as needed.
- Vehicle Maintenance:
- Keep delivery vehicle clean and in good working condition.
- Report maintenance issues or incidents promptly.
- Compliance:
- Follow all traffic and safety rules.
- Use appropriate safety gear (helmet, gloves, etc.).
Job Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 10th pass
- Experience: 0–2 years (delivery experience in engineering goods preferred)
- Skills: Ability to read and understand invoices and delivery slips
- Valid two-wheeler driving license (mandatory).
- Own scooter preferred (reimbursement applicable).
- Male candidates Preferred.
- Age Criteria : Above 20years
Reimbursements:
- ₹3.10/km for own scooter usage
- ₹200/day for lunch expenses when on field duty.
