Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Incharge to lead and manage technology-driven projects in the IoT and AI sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, technical know-how, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. This role requires excellent organizational and multitasking skills to ensure timely and successful execution of projects within scope and budget.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Define project scope, objectives, and ensure technical feasibility by engaging relevant stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans and track progress using project management tools.
- Use change management techniques to handle scope, time, and cost variations.
- Measure and report on project performance and escalate issues when necessary.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Liaise with government departments and officials as required.
- Ensure timely receivables collection from clients.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements:
- MBA from a reputed institution (preferably with UG in Computer Science, B.Tech, BBA, BBM, or B.Sc Computers).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing IT or technology-related projects.
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Proven experience handling client communications and government coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Certification in PMP or PRINCE II would be an added advantage.
