Job Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead the media sales function for the innovative Out-Of-Home (OOH) advertising platforms and BTL activation services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of rural and semi-urban market dynamics and possess a successful track record of driving large-scale sales in sectors like BFSI, FMCG, and Consumer Durables. This is a leadership role focused on business development, team building, client relationship management, and driving revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Spearhead sales strategy and execution for OOH audio networks and BTL activation services.
- Identify, target, and onboard new clients—particularly in BFSI, FMCG, and Consumer Durables.
- Develop and implement a national sales strategy focused on rural and semi-urban markets.
- Establish and manage strong relationships with both direct clients and media agencies.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from client acquisition to campaign execution and renewal.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver customized and high-impact campaigns.
- Track market trends and client feedback to refine offerings and improve market positioning.
- Generate periodic revenue reports and sales forecasts for the senior management.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed targets.
Job Requirements:
- 7–10 years in media sales, rural marketing, or BTL activations, with proven experience in BFSI, FMCG, or Consumer Durables sectors.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong sales acumen and result-oriented approach.
- Key account management and corporate sales experience.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with social media and digital engagement strategies is a plus.
