We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Representative to join a dynamic team in promoting and selling medical equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and a proven track record in sales and marketing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other potential clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Understand the need and preference of the customer and ensure that they are fulfilled.
- Meeting the customers and brief them with the policies and procedures of the company.
- Develop new business strategies according to the law and legal procedures.
- Create and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and lead generation.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors / Diploma in Electronics / Pharmacy / Bio medical.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing.
- Preferably in the medical equipment industry or previously worked as Medical Representative.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license is necessary.
Location: Goa & Konkan region and Pune with Karad, Satara, Miraj & Sangli.
