Overview:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying, developing, and securing new sales opportunities. Job Responsibilities :
- Prospecting & Lead Generation :
- Identify and target potential clients through various channels (calls, emails, networking, social media, etc.).
- Conduct thorough market research to uncover new business opportunities.
- Lead Identification & Qualification:
- Use tools and databases to identify and qualify prospective leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to define and refine the ideal customer profile.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management :
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Present product and service offerings effectively to address client needs.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Sales Strategy & Execution :
- Develop and execute effective sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Customer Support & Retention :
- Provide prompt support and resolution to client queries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Reporting & Analysis :
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Analyze sales data to identify patterns, gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Market Research :
- Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends.
- Identify potential sectors and clients for business expansion.
- Outreach & Engagement :
- Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, and professional platforms.

- Database Management :
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and current client information.

- Collaboration :

Job Requirements:
- Education : MBA in Sales & Marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Understanding of marketing principles and customer behavior.
- Highly motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
