Overview:
We are looking for a results-oriented and dynamic Production Manager (Spiral) to lead and manage end-to-end plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and dispatch. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in press shop, stamping, fabrication, and assembly processes, with proven experience in high-volume automotive manufacturing setups. This role requires a strategic production leader with excellent planning and execution capabilities to achieve delivery targets, maintain quality and safety standards, and ensure process discipline. The position demands a proactive approach to driving productivity, minimizing downtime, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee complete plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and dispatch.
- Possess a strong background in press shop, stamping, fabrication, and assembly processes.
- Demonstrate proven experience in high-volume automotive manufacturing setups.
- Plan, organize, and execute production schedules to meet delivery targets.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and process discipline.
- Lead, train, and motivate production teams for improved performance and efficiency.
- Monitor productivity, reduce downtime, and drive cost and waste reduction initiatives.
- Coordinate with other departments for material planning, maintenance, and logistics.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant manufacturing environment.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience: 10–15 years total experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership or plant in-charge role.
- Hands-on experience with press machines, stamping tools, fabrication, and assembly line operations.
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM, and Kaizen practices.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Must be capable of managing plant operations independently.
- Preferred Candidate Locations: Pune / Hubli / Belgaum.
